All of our pricing is in Canadian dollars including our shipping rates.

 

We ship to anywhere in Canada, the United States as well as International orders. At Checkout you will have an option to choose your shipping method and your shipping price will be added to your total prior to checking out.

Products are delivered 14 to 21 days after placing your order.  Remote Canadian locations and International orders, usually take an extra week.

 

We’ve partnered with the leading print, embroidery and fulfillment distributors based in Canada and the United States. Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.  Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you, the customer.  We do use multiple fulfillment partners;  it is possible that you may receive multiple shipments when you order multiple products in one order. (ie Embroidery and Direct to Garment).  Not to worry, we only partner with the best fulfillment companies, our reputation is on the line.

Some countries charge additional customs fees/duties/taxes and Rock Island Gear cannot be held responsible. Any additional fees incurred after your order has been placed through our website is your responsibility. Thanks for your understanding!
